Early upgrade

My Samsung Galaxy s4 got stolen, and my insurance company won't cover me. It says on my EE account that I can ask for an early upgrade 30th March 2014, but I'm just wandering if I'd be able to upgrade any earlier than that?

Re: Early upgrade

Simple answer is no. Unless you pay off the remainder of your contract and that is up to the end date not up to the early upgrade date.

Why won't your insurance company cover it, that is why you have insurance.

Re: Early upgrade

How annoying! Yeah but because of the circumstances of the theft they will not cover it, absolutely ridiculous!

But thankyou anyway!

Re: Early upgrade

Did you just leave it lying around so someone picked it up?

Insurances should pay out unless you were at fault

Re: Early upgrade

I would ring the insurance back up and argue the point. They should be paying out unless you left it unattended.

I won't ask for the details obviously
