No service

Good morning, 

My 4G & 3G seems to have been cut off and I can't send any texts or make any phonecalls. I have looked at my bill and my next payment is to be taken out in December so I am unsure as to why this would have happened.


Please explain as this is causing me a lot of stress.

I'm having the exact same problem as the original poster, but with a Nokia Lumia 920 White. Yesterday was my first day with it and 3G and 4G were both fine. Today there's no data network, phone works fine. Please help!

I had this issue to. Call 150 because they might have sent you a SIM card through the post and deactivated your current SIM card.
