4G in a north yorkshire village.

Hey all new here, I live in the north yorkshire village of Foxholes, i upgraded to EE and bought the Iphone 5s, and suprised when i got home to find that this tiny village has 4G coverage and full signal inside my house.

Average speeds are running around 36 down and 22 up, go 4 miles either side of the mast that supplying the village and it drops back 3G.

Coverage checker shows no 4G here, so im surprised but happy.

Anyone else seen of similar things like this?

Regards Adam.

Nice one Smiley Happy

You do indeed often see 4G in the real world before it actually shows on the EE coverage maps.  It has probably just been enabled in the last few weeks or so.

Not that i'm complaining but why have they enabled an area that covers about 500 people, as oppose to say  doing York where i work first which still isnt on. Smiley Happy
